Cancelling a session less than 12 hours before the start time will incur a 50% charge of the original price. This helps us cover the therapist’s time and any preparation work. If you cancel earlier than 12 hours, there’s no fee.
When you show up late, the therapist will still give you the full session, but we may have to end early if the next client arrives on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might have to cancel and charge the full amount.
We respect your privacy. All personal information you share is stored securely and used only for booking, billing, and legal requirements. We never share your details with third parties without your consent.
For safety, we ask you to fill out a short health questionnaire before each session. Let us know about any injuries, skin conditions, or medical concerns. This helps the therapist tailor the massage and avoid anything that could cause harm.
Our therapists are trained professionals, but massage is not a medical treatment. If you have a specific health condition, you should consult a doctor first. We are not liable for any worsening of existing conditions unless caused by negligence.
Payments are accepted by cash, card, or online transfer. Full payment is due at the end of the session unless you have a prepaid package. We keep a record of every transaction for your reference.
